Tangy Beef Marinade:
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1/2 C Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
fresh ground pepper
Chicken Marinade:
1/3 C olive oil
1/3 C lemon juice
1/3 C Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t ground ginger
Vinaigrette Dressing
1/6 C Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/6 C vinegar
2/3 C olive oil
1 t dijon mustard
salt & pepper
