Weekly Sheet Pan Salmon

I always liked to cook salmon plain - it has so much flavor on its own. Until I tried this seasoning blend from A Couple Cooks. Their website says they are authors of recipes you will want to make again and again, and it is true for this recipe. We make it almost every week, it is that good. This will make a batch that can be used for a few meals.

2 T paprika
2 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 t thyme
1 t celery seed
1 t kosher salt
.5 t cumin
.25 t allspice

Mix and keep in a spice jar.

Coat salmon generously and rub in, then cook as usual (I prefer cooking on a sheet pan in a 405 degree oven for 15-25 minutes, depending on thickness.
