Easy Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 C shredded italian cheese blend
2 eggs
1 1/2 C crushed saltine crackers
1/3 C water

heat oven to 400 degrees
mix all but water, then mix water
place in baking pan
bake 40 minutes
