Tracey's Potato Salad

6 medium potatoes
6 eggs
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 C chopped onion
1 1/4 C mayo
1 T vinegar
2 t dijon mustard
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

cook potatoes, boil eggs, peel & cut up and mix everything together
